What do I need to do to pass?

Trust our training. We’ve put together a tried and tested program of technical and teacher training. You need to attend all the training sessions and off-snow workshops. Check out our “training systems” section for more info on how we get our students to the required level.

Below you’ll find the exact criteria set by BASI for Level 1 and Level 2 ski instructor assessments.

BASI Level 1 Course Criteria

The system

Our curriculum is planned to cover all assessment requirements for Levels 1, 2 and beyond. We use a training system based on learner-centred teaching so all students receive individual attention within our wider curriculum.

The curriculum seamlessly blends training in open and closed skills tested at regular intervals with our benchmarking system.
