We make product that give you time to build trust with your learners and use your teaching tools to the full. PEAK was founded by instructors, longer lessons seems so obvious. We have a local kids club fostering real community, immersive ski camps, private lessons and small groups for all people and all levels.

💸 Bonus Rates and Pay
If you get a request, we pay you a bonus. If you find a talented team member, we pay you a finder’s fee. We pay top of market.

🔋Learning
Join the team and join the learning. Annual team training trips to Cervinia is a highlight in the season + regular team training sessions to keep you pushing!

⛑️ Health and wellbeing
We organise weekly gym sessions to keep you ski fit and 1-2-1 physio sessions for a full body MOT.

We’re building a system that helps plan your day so you have more time on the mountains.

• Hard skills: 🎿 Inspirational skier, confident across all terrain and conditions

• Soft skills: 💬 Positive energy, concise communicator, problem-solver, adaptable, a team player with great leadership and interpersonal skills

• Heart: ❤️ A genuine passion for teaching and sharing the joy of skiing

• Qualifications: 📄 Carte Professionnelle + a Level 4 ISTD-equivalent certification from a recognised association with appropriate insurance and the right to work.
