Introducing Isla
Let me introduce you to Isla Marsh, a passionate outdoor professional whose life revolves around the world of skiing and the beauty of nature. Isla joins our newest PEAK founder Eilidh McLeod in the PEAK Châtel team!
Isla has made her mark in various parts of the globe, coaching and inspiring countless skiers to embrace the thrill of racing and the beauty of the mountains.
Isla's journey begins in the southern hemisphere, where she spends the winter months from June to October in Australia. Her focus lies in working with young athletes, aged 10 to 18, honing their skills in slalom, GS, ski cross, and moguls - exhilarating alpine racing disciplines.
As the winter season shifts to the northern hemisphere from November to April, Isla's journey takes her to Europe teaching in the PEAK team this winter and race coaching for Uniq Snowsports and the Military. Isla's spent winters in Japan too, training GAP year students for their first instructor exams.
The "interseason" period becomes an opportunity for Isla to explore and recharge. Whether visiting family in the UK or seeking warmth in tropical destinations like Indonesia, Sri Lanka, or the UK coastline, she can often be found connected to a surfboard or a longboard!
Through her dedication to coaching and guiding individuals in their skiing endeavours, Isla has left an indelible mark on the world of skiing, while cherishing a life lived season to season, enveloped in the splendour of the outdoors.
Welcome Isla!
