What happens if Covid-19 stops our lessons?
We will offer a 100% refund up until 24 hours before the start of your first lesson if:
There are travel restrictions imposed by local, national or international government that prevent you from traveling
You are suffering from Covid-19 and have tested positive (you will need to provide evidence) or one of our instructors tests positive
The ski resort has been closed by the local or national government to control the disease
If you must quarantine in your home country after your ski holiday and the ski resort is open, meaning we can still deliver our lessons - we will not be able to offer a full refund if you wish to cancel.
This Covid-19 policy for 20/21 is set out to give support and protection to our customers. You should always check your travel insurance terms and conditions regarding reimbursing you for activities like ski lessons should we not be able to refund in full.
